WebDO NOT FLY WITH AVIANCA. Worst customer services, waited in line 4.5 hrs to check bags, and had to pay again for my bags that I had pay over the phone weeks before and got a receipt for. Almost missed the flight as well, for the lack of staff to check in. No help whatsoever from the representatives at the airport.
