Webb10 juli 2024 · So I would host the Shared Calendar in SharePoint and then attach that calendar to the local users Outlook and then you should be able to give access to the external user to the SharePoint calendar and the content should stay synced up. Added benefit is anyone in your org you give access to the calendar can add it to Outlook. Once sharing is enabled, calendar owners can extend invitations to specific users.
