This is a secondary slider controlled by dragging up/down on the belly area while in front or side view or up/down on the foot while in side view depending on your selected version. WebbThe cheat you listed removes breasts from the currently selected female sim and works immediately. No need to enter CAS. If you use the cheat that gives a male sim breasts they will be very small so to see a difference you would need to go in to CAS and make them bigger.
